2. Prohibited Products and Services

• Illegal products, stolen goods, or products requiring licenses the seller does not have.
• Counterfeit products, replicas sold as authentic, or items that infringe intellectual property rights.
• Weapons, explosives, controlled drugs, illegal pharmaceuticals, or unsafe regulated products.
• Products that promote hate, violence, self-harm, exploitation, or harassment.
• Adult, sexual, or exploitative content involving minors or non-consensual material.
• Fraudulent financial products, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive offers.
• Any product or service prohibited by applicable law or platform policy.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Misleading buyers about price, availability, delivery time, origin, condition, or authenticity.
• Using fake identities, fake testimonials, or impersonating another business.
• Collecting buyer data for unrelated marketing, resale, harassment, or unlawful purposes.
• Uploading malware, spam, phishing links, or content designed to disrupt Linki.
• Attempting to bypass plan limits, security controls, rate limits, or moderation decisions.
• Scraping Linki or other users without permission.

4. Enforcement

Linki may remove content, hide products, suspend storefronts, block seller actions, close abuse reports, or terminate accounts when we believe this policy, our Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights may have been violated.
