Data Processing Addendum

1. Scope

This Data Processing Addendum applies when a seller uses Linki to collect or manage buyer personal data through a Linki storefront. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Roles

For buyer order data, the seller decides why the data is collected and how it is used for the seller's sale. Linki processes that data to provide storefront, checkout, dashboard, order, support, security, and hosting services. The exact legal role may depend on applicable law, but sellers remain responsible for their own legal basis, privacy notices, fulfillment, and buyer requests.

3. Processing Details

• Data subjects: sellers, seller staff, buyers, and store visitors.
• Data categories: contact details, order details, delivery details, store data, product data, technical data, and support/moderation data.
• Purpose: providing Linki storefront software, checkout, order management, analytics, security, support, and compliance.
• Duration: while the seller account is active and for applicable retention periods.

4. Seller Instructions

Linki will process seller and buyer data according to the Terms, this DPA, the Privacy Policy, product functionality, documented settings, and lawful seller instructions that are compatible with the service.

5. Security and Subprocessors

Linki uses reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, managed authentication, database access controls, and operational safeguards. Linki may use subprocessors for hosting, database, storage, authentication, email, analytics, infrastructure, and delivery integrations.

6. Requests and Deletion

Sellers should help buyers with access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests connected to seller transactions. Linki will provide reasonable assistance where possible through product tools or support. Contact alboustanymichel@gmail.com for privacy or DPA requests.
