Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Linki account, creating a store, or using Linki, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, and, for sellers, the Data Processing Addendum. If you do not agree, do not use Linki.

2. What Linki Provides

Linki provides storefront software for sellers to list products, share one store link, receive buyer details, manage orders, and optionally hand off orders through WhatsApp or supported delivery integrations. Linki is not the seller, buyer, payment processor, delivery company, escrow provider, marketplace guarantor, or customer-service agent for seller transactions.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Only sell products or services you are legally allowed to offer.
• Keep listings, prices, availability, images, and delivery promises accurate.
• Handle buyer questions, payment collection, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and disputes.
• Comply with consumer protection, tax, privacy, product safety, import/export, and advertising laws that apply to you.
• Use buyer personal data only to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and meet lawful obligations.
• Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and remove prohibited content when requested.

4. Buyer Transactions

Buyers order directly from the seller whose store they visit. The seller is responsible for payment, delivery, product quality, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer support. Linki may help transmit or display order information, but Linki does not control seller products, collect buyer payments, hold funds, or guarantee any transaction.

5. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate account and store information.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter this agreement.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Linki for illegal activity, prohibited products, fraud, counterfeit goods, intellectual property violations, privacy violations, malware, spam, harassment, or attempts to disrupt Linki. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Seller Content

Sellers keep ownership of the content they upload, including product images, descriptions, logos, and store information. You grant Linki a limited license to host, display, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

8. Paid Plans

Linki may offer paid subscription features. Subscription fees are for access to Linki software features, not for seller products. Linki does not charge commission on seller sales unless a future paid feature clearly says otherwise. Subscription refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

9. Moderation and Suspension

We may review, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate stores, listings, accounts, or content that appear to violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, law, third-party rights, or platform security. We may also act to protect buyers, sellers, Linki, or third parties.

10. Third-Party Services

Linki may integrate with third-party services such as Supabase, Vercel, Resend, PostHog, Meta Pixel, WhatsApp, and delivery partners. Their services are governed by their own terms. Linki is not responsible for third-party outages, rules, fees, or conduct.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

Linki is provided as available and without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. Linki is not liable for seller products, buyer payments, lost orders, failed deliveries, refunds, product defects, illegal listings, or disputes between sellers and buyers. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Linki's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid to Linki in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the service, by email, or by updating this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
