1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Linki (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Linki is operated by Linki (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of Service

Linki is a web-based platform that enables sellers to create shareable product catalogs, capture orders via WhatsApp integration, and track cash-on-delivery (COD) payments. The Service includes a seller dashboard, public catalog pages, order management tools, and delivery partner integrations.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller using Linki, you agree to:

• Only list products that you are legally permitted to sell.
• Provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and images.
• Fulfill orders placed through your catalog in a timely manner.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including consumer protection and tax laws.
• Not use the Service to sell prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit goods.
• Handle customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Buyer Interactions

Linki facilitates the connection between sellers and buyers but is not a party to any transaction. All sales, payments, delivery, and customer service are the sole responsibility of the seller. Linki does not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee any transaction.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, collect, or harvest data from the Service without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (product images, descriptions, logos). By uploading content, you grant Linki a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

The Linki name, logo, and all related branding are the property of Linki. You may not use our branding without written permission.

8. Pricing and Payments

The free plan is available at no cost with the features described on our pricing page. Paid plans, when available, will be billed monthly or annually as selected. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. No commissions are charged on sales made through the platform.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your catalog will be taken offline and your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Linki is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Linki is not responsible for lost orders, failed deliveries, payment disputes, or any transaction between sellers and buyers.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including WhatsApp, Supabase, and delivery partners (e.g., Wakilni). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Linki is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
